  • Prior to initial consultation a call or email conversation is undertaken
  • Full medical and lifestyle history taken in the initial session
  • Food tolerance testing done in the initial session
  • Detailed guidance given on a tailored 3 month protocol
  • Individual report after each consultation sent that is tailored individually to you

Following this protocol, if additional consultations are required, they can be booked too.
